My name is Helen Ann and I am a fully qualified and insured Training Provider,Sound Practitioner, Teacher and empath mentor. I am based in Weston super Mare UK and have over 13 years experience in holistic therapies and healing.

I live in Weston with my husband, grown up sons and 2 cats. I have always enjoyed the spiritual side of life and enjoy connecting the two worlds through many different aspects.

I enjoy woodland walks as I live very close to our local woods. It grounds and connects me to nature. I love going to feed the birds and here I receive great insights and inspiration for my life's path.

Nothing brings me more joy than helping others to grow and to tap into their unique gifts and abilities as well as to expand their minds and connect to their true essence.

After a recent move/change in direction and quite a lot of deep inner healing, I discovered so much about what it means to be a highly sensitive individual who always felt a constant need to 'fix and save' everyone I met. After much inner work, I have gained greater insight as to how this was coming from a deep wounding, to only feel worthy if I was constantly giving to others. Having gained more knowledge into being highly empathic, I now feel a calling to help others who also may find themselves feeling overwhelmed or burnt out by life and others emotions/energy and to be able to heal their own core wounds, so that they are able to pour into their own cup as well as others.

  I now only offer Accredited Training Courses, Sound and Meditation evenings plus wellness/empath awareness Workshops. This feels a much more aligned sense of direction.

I am now able to offer corporate sessions for you and your work colleagues. Either in Sound or Meditation/Mindfulness. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

I no longer offer one to one sessions in any therapies at this time but I am happy to work in private groups from Weston Super Mare, BS22 9RA.

Energy and authenticity, is now my only language, if there does not feel an energetic alignment when booking Training Courses or Sound Meditation Evenings etc,

I will be completely honest, as there may be another Tutor/Guide more suited to your needs.
